It's up to you to refresh your dashboard, as the update is not automatic.

To keep all your data up-to-date, it's very important to press the "UPDATE" button in the top right-hand corner of your screen when you're in your project set-up.

Updating your project allows you to collect all up-to-date data and check for duplicates, in which case you can choose to keep or delete them.
