The data is not updated automatically. That's why it's important to update them at least once a month. Our data for the previous month arrives around the 15th of the current month. (For example, the data for June 2023 arrives around 15 July 2023).
All you have to do is go to the set up page and click on the little "Go to Dashboard" button. This will automatically launch the update.
You can also launch it directly from the dashboard, using the button at the top right of the dashboard.
When you see this button turning, it means that the update is in progress.
Why update?
As well as updating your data, it allows you to see if there are any Google duplicates, to obtain the Google Volume of your data and to ensure the accuracy of your search results.
The duration of the update depends on the number of countries selected, the number of keywords, etc.
Once the update is complete, you will have access to all your updated data.
